  • “Products” refers to watches and any related accessories advertised or sold by us.

  • All Products shown on our Website are subject to availability.

  • A Product may be sold in person or via another channel at the same time as an online enquiry or order. If this occurs, we will notify you and cancel or amend your order.

  • Products will not be dispatched or released for collection until full cleared payment is received.

If a watch you wish to purchase is currently undergoing servicing, we will inform you of any delay prior to accepting your order and aim to deliver within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Deposits & Special Orders

  • Deposits paid to reserve or hold a watch and remove it from sale are non-refundable.

  • Deposits paid on special order pieces (watches sourced specifically upon your request) are non-refundable.

  • Special order pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered.

5. Pricing, Currency & VAT

  • All prices are listed in Great British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to change our prices at any time due to updated market conditions, exchange rates, availability, or manufacturer pricing.

  • If applicable, our sales may operate under the VAT margin scheme, meaning no VAT is reclaimable on our watches.

  • Payments in USD or EUR may be accepted upon request; the exchange rate will be determined on the day of payment.

6. Pricing Errors

While we strive for accuracy, errors may occasionally occur.

If a Product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to:

  1. Cancel any order containing the incorrectly priced item, even if payment has been taken.

  2. Issue a full refund for payments made for that Product.

  3. Notify you promptly and offer the option to re-purchase at the correct price (if available).

By placing an order, you accept these terms regarding pricing discrepancies.

7. Images & Descriptions

  • Website images aim to represent the Product as accurately as possible.

  • Minor variations may occur due to lighting or device display settings.

8. Authenticity & Condition

  • We do not handle replica or counterfeit watches.

  • Condition descriptions are our professional opinion but remain subjective. Pre-owned watches may show signs of wear, age, or polishing.

If a watch is proven to be non-authentic, you will receive a full refund subject to inspection and any required expert verification.

  • We do not guarantee any watch will retain or increase in value.

  • We are not responsible for market depreciation, loss of value, or reduced investment performance.

  • All purchase decisions are made at your own risk.

10. Orders, Contract Formation & Payment

  • Items listed on our Website do not constitute a binding offer.

  • Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or reject it at our discretion.

  • A contract is formed only when you receive an order confirmation from us and/or we receive cleared payment.

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, card payments via our chosen processor, or any other method stated on our Website.

  • Ownership of the goods transfers only once full payment is received.

11. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

If you change your mind after purchase:

Consignment Option

We may offer to resell your watch on consignment.
Once sold, you will receive the proceeds minus our agreed commission/fees.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Selling Your Watch to Us / via Us

By submitting your watch for sale, trade, or consignment, you confirm that:

  • You are the lawful owner.

  • The watch is authentic and not counterfeit.

  • The watch is free from loans, finance, outstanding claims, or police reports.

Providing false information may result in cancellation of the service and other legal actions.

14. Liability

We do not exclude liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Anything else which cannot be excluded under UK law

Subject to the above:

  • We are not liable for indirect losses, including profit loss or investment-related loss.

  • We are not liable for market fluctuations or depreciation in watch value.
