Once a purchase has been completed:

  • We do not accept returns

  • We do not offer refunds

  • We do not exchange items

  • Special order watches

  • Sourced watches

  • Pre-owned and new watches

  • Any watch purchased through Just Watch Official

This policy ensures fairness, market integrity, and consistent treatment for all clients.

2. Why Returns Are Not Accepted

Luxury watch prices fluctuate daily. Once a watch has been purchased:

  • We cannot guarantee future value or market performance

  • We cannot resell a watch at the exact price you purchased it for

  • We cannot accept returns because it disrupts supply chain accuracy and valuation stability

Every watch is fully inspected, authenticated, and described honestly before purchase. Condition reports, photos, and details are provided clearly to help you make an informed decision.

3. Consignment Service (Alternative to Returns)

Although we do not accept returns, we recognise that circumstances can change.

In select situations—and strictly at our discretion—we may offer our Consignment Service as an alternative solution.

How Consignment Works

  1. We assess the watch and market conditions

  2. If accepted, we list and market the watch to our private network and wider audience

  3. We manage enquiries, negotiation, and the sale process on your behalf

  4. Once the watch is sold and funds have cleared, you receive the sale amount

  5. Our commission fee is deducted from the final sale proceeds

Important Consignment Details

  • Acceptance into consignment is not guaranteed

  • The watch must pass inspection and authentication

  • You must provide proof of purchase and ownership

  • We reserve the right to determine the listing price and sales strategy

  • Payment to you is only made after the watch has been sold and funds are cleared with us

Consignment provides a fair and transparent method for clients who wish to sell their watch without returning it.

4. Faults, Authenticity, and Condition

We do not accept returns based on:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Market price changes

  • Condition expectations when the watch matches the provided description

  • Wearability or personal preference

If a watch is ever proven to be non-authentic (a rare and exceptional occurrence), we will provide a refund subject to formal inspection and verification by trusted experts.
